Uncle John again. Mike is on his way back from Orlando, and Monica is decompressing a bit with Sandra in the Transplant House room. Today was a quiet day. Amanda's status hasn't changed much. She ran a fever most of the day. They took her down to get a CT scan, and the doctors didn't see anything they didn't like. She's still on oxygen, and will get scoped tomorrow or the next day. One high point was that Amanda took her first sip of juice. It was more of a psychological victory than anything, since the juice comes right back out of her n-g tube once it hits her stomach. We can't wait to get her that big slushie that she's been asking for since the first day in the PICU!
